The Hoover-1 Superfly Electric Scooter clocks 7 mph at max speed, travels 6 miles on one charge, is water-resistant (because of puddles, obviously), and features a premium Bluetooth speaker. Talk about a little skrrt-skrrt. This future-retro-future wheel is just as functional as those you can rent on the corner, it just looks cooler.
It’s $80 off the MSRP of $200 during Cyber Week, and although you’ll have to wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive, order during Best Buy’s Cyber Week sale and you’ll have it in time for Christmas. Bonus – it’s approved for kids as young as 4 and adults.

This is truly an insane deal on a 50-inch LED 4K smart TV, and we don’t expect it to stay for very long. In fact, it’s Best Buy’s deal of the day, and it may be gone by the end of the business day. The Westinghouse 50” Class 4K Smart Roku TV features 4K ultra-HD imagery for lifelike images and graphics, a large profile – excellent for family rooms, and an LED-display for excellent brightness, color saturation, and savings.

This is a hot take on holiday sales: from now through December 1st, take 25% off of any bottle on CamelBak’s site with the code HOLIDAY25. Bike bottles, insulated stainless steel tumblers, oversized stainless growlers, and glamp-worthy mugs – everything’s up for grabs.
CamelBak may have been late to the stainless-steel bottle party, but it more than made up for it with its innovative, attractive, and extremely durable Horizon Drinkware collection. From the 10-ounce, cocktail-inspired Rocks Tumbler to the 25-ounce, wine-ready Wine Bottle, and all the classic styles, too, this freakishly durable, handsomely powder-coated line is well worth the investment.
Check out our Editor in Chief’s gear review of the collection, in which he takes CamelBak’s new line to the extremes and decides that they’re worth holding on to: CamelBak Horizon Collection Drinkware – Indestructible Yet Elegant.
The Carhartt Yukon Extremes Jac is the latest and greatest from the lauded brand’s long line of extremely durable and functional workwear. Made for ultimate protection and performance, this winter jacket features a 500-denier Cordura nylon shell, ultralight but warm 150g 3M Thinsulate featherless insulation, Wind Fighter technology to guard against the chilliest gusts, durable water repellant coating, 3M Thinsulate drawcord hood, draft-preventative rib-knit storm cuffs, and 3M Scotchlite reflective taping for safety.
At 60% off MSRP, Columbia’s Women’s Zenith Vista Jacket is hard to beat. The exceptional quality typical of Columbia meets classic Casa Blanca-like elegance in this “high-performance technical” trench, which packs a litany of incredible features like Omni-Heat thermal insulation, Omni-Tech waterproofing and breathability, removable belt and storm hood, adjustable cuffs and storm hood, media pocket, hidden full-length zip, and a finished button closure.

Garmin isn’t holding anything back this holiday sale season. With up to $150 off smartwatches and $100 off GPS systems, there’s something here for every hobbyist and budget. Our favorite? The Garmin Venu GPS Smartwatch, available in several colorways, offers premium features (AMOLED display, round face, stainless steel hardware, animated workouts) and optional on-device music storage so you can break a sweat without your phone in-tow.
Save $200 on the new GoPro HERO9 bundle, which includes the cutting-edge HERO9 model, a 1-year subscription to GoPro, magnetic swivel clip, floating hand grip, and spare battery. Did we mention that the 32 GB SD card and case are included? Well, they are.
See our Editor in Chief’s thoughts on the new HERO9 here, where he goes into detail about the various bells and whistles like its 20 MP photo resolution, 23.6 MP image sensor, incredibly precise and high-def video resolution, 1.4-inch front color display, 2.27-inch rear touch display with zoom, 30% improved battery life, live streaming and webcam modes, stereo and RAW audio, and more.
A $210 discount on a robotic vacuum/mop combo? What is this world coming to? Who cares – this is a bargain that most millennials and pet parents wouldn’t believe. Absolute convenience and versatility come in this pet-prepared, tiny robotic package by one of the smart home market’s leading robotic vacuum makers, bObsweep. The PetHair Plus sweeps, vacs, mops, shines bacteria-killing UV-C light and filters dust particles. The vacuum is 4X TurboLift designed, and the bObsweep comes with edge detection, a programmable cleaning schedule, and an embedded checkup system to ensure all bOb’s bits are in good shape.
Think affordable, packable La-Z-Boy under the stars. That’s what Nemo’s accomplished with the brilliant Stargaze Recliner Luxury camp chair. The airy monofilament mesh recliner swings on any surface – rocky, silty, uneven – features auto-reclining functionality and supportive headrest for the perfect angle, integrated cup holder and stash pocket, and lightweight aluminum frame for easy transport and maneuver. At 25% and very few of these camp chairs remaining, we suggest acting on this deal right away.
Think functional, waterproof origami. That’s an Oru Kayak. The foldable kayak’s unique and innovative approach to the watercraft market has folks going wild. This is their first entry-level yak, the Inlet, and it has never been featured in a major sale. See how it measures up when one of our writers, a seasoned white-water rafting instructor, puts her Oru Inlet to the test!
And if you’re looking for something less casual, don’t worry. Oru’s line of foldable kayaks features every style for every adventure, no matter how extreme. Their sale is 15% off of every style of kayak they make. Hop on board and ride this wave – it’s hard to beat.
Long a veritable name in the technical pack game, Osprey doesn’t really need to bow to the holiday sales. But we won’t complain when it does. Our favorite technical pack in Osprey’s sale? The Osprey Mutant 38, which is a mid-size, incredibly thoughtful, and exceptionally durable 38-liter technical pack that’s ideal for alpine, sport, and trad climbing, as well as all-around mountaineering. And at a discount this steep, you’ll kick yourself for passing it up.
Current markdowns at OR have started tipping into 70% off MSRP. It’s like they hate money.
Outdoor Research knows how to keep us dry, safe, and ready for adventure, whether it’s with their innovative Face Mask Kit or more traditional outerwear, like the Refuge Hybrid Hooded jackets. The Women’s Refuge is up to 70% off, and still available in a generous number of colorways and sizes. Deals on the Men’s Refuge Hybrid Hooded Jacket top out at 40%, but they’re flying off the virtual shelves.
Apart from the hella bargains, we dig the Refuge Hybrid Jacket for a few reasons. It’s extra-stretchy to mirror athletic movement, water, and wind-resistant, lightweight, breathable, hybrid-mapped constructed and features one zippered chest pocket, two zippered hip pockets, a carabiner loop for carrying, key clip, elastic drawcord hem, and Low-Pro Binding cuffs and hood.
Patagonia doesn’t participate in Black Friday nor Cyber Monday – one of the many ethical stances that make the company stand out and true to its humble adventurist beginnings. In the interest of supporting the climber-founded company, we’d like to direct your attention to their ongoing ‘Web Specials’ sales. Our favorite of their current sales has to the Reversible Bivy Down Vest.

Our Editor in Chief recently put Peak Design’s Mobile mounting system through the wringer and came out very impressed with what he found. Check out his test review, Peak Design Mobile Ecosystem – Finally, A Phone Case and Mounting System Worth Talking About.
Peak Design is well known for its ingenious, organized designs, and clean aesthetic. Their current Super Massive Black Friday Sale is the perfect place to find the perfect gift for the type-A loved ones and the photographers on your list – everyday packs and travel bags built to protect the most apprised camera equipment, versatile tripods, and various camera-mounting accessories. Peak Designs one of the best specialty brands we know of.
Tactical pants – just a sexier way of saying ‘cargo pants’ and you know it. Well, REI doesn’t care, they call it like they see it, and we like what they’re saying with the REI Co-op Sahara Roll-UP Cargo Pants. At 50% these Co-op classics shouldn’t be looked over.
Made of sun-protective nylon that’s UPF 50+, moisture-wicking, quick-drying, water-repellant the Sahara pants feature roll-up snap legs, more pockets than REI cares to tell us (including a hidden passport pocket), elastic-backed waistband, gusseted crotch, and articulated knees. The Sahara is still available in two handsome colorways and every size under the sun, but the deal ends today.
For more technical (cargo) pants like the Sahara, check out our guide to the best-rated tactical pants.
At $60 off regular MSRP, we’re kind of shocked that The North Face’s classic Thermoball Eco Jacket is still available. And you should be, too. The Thermoball, available in 13 striking colorways and sizes xs through 3xl, has to be one of the best winter bargains of the entire season. Slim-fitting, 11 g/square foot ThermoBall Eco insulation, internal zippered chest pocket, two secure zippered hand pockets, elastic-bound cuffs and hem, and extreme packability make this jacket worthy of any wardrobe.
Xero is all about that minimal-drop sole, and we love them for it. They have an impressive number of items on sales this holiday season, but our favorite has to the be Daylight Hiker EV, which you can score for 65% MSRP. Available in all-black or burgundy colorways, this durable trail-to-town hiking shoe is the perfect fit for those sunny winter days.
