2. Elqui Valley, Chile

If a quiet getaway is what you’re after, then look no further than Elqui Valley in Chile. The village of Pisco Elqui not only has a nearby pisco distillery, but it also has multiple wineries to indulge in. Elqui Valley is most commended for producing vibrant vines like Sauvignon Blanc and Carmenere.
