As mentioned, there is no fancy RGB lighting on the MX Keys. What it does have is smart illumination. The only time the keys illuminate is when its sensors detect the presence of your hands, hovering above the keyboard. The moment you leave your workstation, the lights fade. The intensity of the illumination also adjusts automatically to ambient light conditions.
