NVIDIA Shield TV

The new Shield TV is a very stealthy device that lets you transform your boring TV entertainment into something more immersive. It is a lot similar to the NVIDIA Shield TV Pro. The only difference is the form factor.

Whereas the Pro comes in a very sleek, futuristic design, the Shield TV focuses more on maintaining a very low profile. The device itself only measures 1.57 inches in diameter and 6.5 inches in length. You can stow it out of sight so people will only see your TV.

While the Shield TV has a very small footprint, NVIDIA never reneged on its promise to deliver the ultimate in streaming entertainment. The Shield TV also comes with NVIDIA’s latest Tegra X1+ processor. It delivers a much faster performance than NVIDIA’s previous chip.

The Tegra X1+ allows for the AI upscaling of video. It can turn your ordinary HD TV into an amazing 4K experience. You get crisper, clearer, and more vivid visuals. And when you pair this with the Dolby Vision system, you know that your personal entertainment will reach new heights.

Not only did NVIDIA boost your watching pleasure; it also made listening experience more involving. The Shield TV comes with the latest in Dolby Atmos technology to give you a more immersive audio experience.

Controlling the different features of the Shield TV is easy. There’s Google Assistant already built-in. You can also pair it with Amazon’s Echo. You can communicate with Alexa to manage your entertainment experience. There is also an IR remote for those who wish to go the traditional route. It is motion-activated and comes with voice search capabilities, too.

The NVIDIA Shield TV is a very stealthy and powerful streaming stick. It is the last piece of the puzzle for the ultimate in home entertainment.
