Improve Your Reflexes

Are you feeling slow? Never know when danger will strike? Too worried to play sports with others? These are all normal concerns to have. At some point in your life, it’s likely that your reflexes have let you down, causing these common worries to occur. But, don’t you worry! This reflex nightmare is about to end, as you embark on a journey with us to improve your reflexes and end up with cat-like reactions. We’ve tried and tested all of these steps and have been feeling confident ever since, so now it’s time for you to have a go. Good luck!

1. Reaction Balls

Reaction balls are specially designed balls which have the sole purpose of improving your reflexes. These balls have six sides, meaning you can never be sure how they will bounce when they hit an object. Simply throw one at a wall and practice catching it in order to improve your reflexes.

2. Relax

If you’re constantly feeling uptight and stressed, then your reflexes are going to be awful! Try your best to relax as much as possible, so that your mind and body have the energy to react accordingly when the time comes. The last thing you want is to find yourself distracted by your own thoughts and putting yourself and others in danger because of this.

3. Have A Spinach Diet

A recent study has found that those who had a tyrosine heavy diet ended up with better reflexes than those who didn’t. Tyrosine can be found in foods such as eggs and spinach, meaning it’s definitely worth experimenting with if you don’t mind the taste. We don’t expect you to eat a plate full of spinach on a daily basis, but it’s worth looking into tasty recipes that will allow you to soak up all the well-needed tyrosine without getting bored of the same ingredient.

4. Practice Any Sport

Just about any sport requires good reflexes, and it’s going to be pretty embarrassing if you completely miss a winning ball. In order to avoid this trauma, which your teammates won’t ever let you forget, take time to practice your chosen sport. As always, practice makes perfect, so you’ll soon find your reflexes to be improving as you play more.

5. Sleep Well

Of course, your reactions will be pretty poor while you’re sleeping, but this is something which we all have to accept. However, a good night’s sleep has been proved to enhance reflexes, as your body will be well rested and ready to take on danger with both hands.

6. Play Video Games!

It’s always epic when an improvement process requires playing video games, and luckily enough, video games will help to improve your reflexes! By playing high-intensity video games like Call of Duty, you’ll find yourself constantly on the ball and ready to tackle danger. We recommend playing online for this to work properly, as you never know when live gamers will strike!

7. Run Along A Nature Trail

Head to your nearest nature trail and run as fast as you can. The more foreign the destination is the better, as then you won’t be familiar with the route and your reflexes will see the greatest impact. Although you might look slightly crazy, this nature trail run will really help you out. There are many obstacles which you could trip over on a nature trail, and as you run quick, you will have to react fast in order to prevent injury.

8. Mindfulness

Similar to when we mentioned about relaxing and sleeping well, taking part in mindfulness activities will also help to improve your reflexes. We recommend spending around 20 minutes per day on a yoga routine, as this will allow you to have a clear mind and fresh outlook on tasks and obstacles which you may encounter. As a result of this zen activity, you will be ready to react to alarming situations accordingly.

9. Take Supplements

Supplements give you an excellent boost and there are certainly a few to look out for if you wish to improve your reaction times. Nutritional supplements such as multivitamins, Omega 3, Vitamin C and Vitamin B12 will all boost your cognitive function and, as a result, improve your reflexes. These supplements are completely harmless when taken sensibly and will also improve other aspects of your life such as workout endurance and boosts in energy.

10. Dodgeball

If you really want to have fun while improving your reflexes, then take part in a competitive game of dodgeball. All you need is enough people for two teams and a decent selection of balls to get the game going. If you aren’t familiar with dodgeball, it basically involves lobbing a ball at your opposing team. If you strike a player, they’re out. It’s pretty clear why you need good reflexes for this game…

Watch Out!

All of these practices will be sure to help you improve your reflexes and allow you to go through life with a wave of fresh confidence. Whether you wish to improve reflexes for your general safety or for a particular sport, we can guarantee that by improving your reaction times, you’ll be in a pretty strong position to smash whatever is thrown at you. People will soon be amazed by your faster than light reflexes, and they’ll want to know every single secret you have! It’s time to win back your masculinity and face fears head-on.
