Western Digital My Passport SSD

There’s a price premium to the Western Digital My Passport SSD over traditional disk-based portable hard drives, though it’s also smaller, lighter, more durable, and way faster. The drive couples solid state memory that attains speeds of up to 515MB/s to a USB Type-C interface that won’t bottleneck the former in the least. Dropping it from as high as 6.5 feet won’t cause issues (except possibly scuff up its enclosure), and it also includes 256-bit AES hardware encryption plus a USB Type-A (i.e. normal USB) adapter in the box for use with computers devoid of USB-C. Comes in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB capacities.
