Stadler Made Outdoor Pizza Oven

Nothing wrong with electric ovens, but if you want to make real good pizza you’ll need something that gets hotter. The Stadler Made Outdoor Pizza Oven is just such an oven. Get a wood fire going and stoke it up to temperatures as high as 750 degrees Fahrenheit. Two integrated baking stones above and beneath the upper chamber absorb the heat and pass it onto the pizza (or whatever else) you’re cooking, baking it fully in less than five minutes with a light, crispy crust. The oven itself is made of cortex sheet steel that, over time and with precipitation, develops a protective layer of rust on its surface that only adds to its appeal. Appropriately, the image shown is after significant rust buildup, though it ships without any rust in a flat-pack so a bit of assembly is required.
