The Nixon Regulus Men’s Watch is reminiscent of the digital watches of Citizen in the early 80s, a style that was adopted later on by Casio. But the Regulus is neither Casio nor Citizen since it packs a kind of timekeeping ingenuity that is uniquely Nixonian.
The Nixon Regulus comes with a custom-made LCD module, painstakingly engineered and crafted to withstand water pressures of up to 100 meters deep. The LED backlight display has been duly enlarged allowing for instant visualization and notification even when your Regulus is sitting on a desk from across the room. Or you can tone it a bit to maintain your stealth. The watch casing has been meticulously reinforced with fiber, giving it armor-like protective capabilities. Adding to the digital module-protection mechanism of the Regulus is a PU jacket that helps absorb shocks, vibrations, and other impact forces. Sandwiched between the caseback and the digital module is poron XRD foam that gives the Nixon an amazing impact resistance. Providing structure to all of these protective innovations is a stainless steel bezel. It comes with dual chronograph function with mode and light selectable features.
The Regulus is every spy’s favorite watch. Or it could just be any ordinary man’s stealthy timepiece.
