Kuroi Hana Japanese Knife Collection

With its edgy London design and intricate dark, floral pattern, the Kuroi Hana Japanese Knife is a classy addition to any kitchen. Its made from 67 layers of premium quality, high carbon, AUS-10 Japanese steel. The Damascene pattern is created naturally in the forging process but revealed by dipping the knives in acid, meaning every blade is beautifully unique. The knives have a good corrosion resistance, supreme sharpness and a recommended grade for high end chefs, tried and tested by Michelin Star chef, Ollie Dabbous. There are 6 knives to choose from in this collection, and the option of individual purchase. The blade cutting angle is 35 degrees and range from 4 – 7.5 inches in length with a 58-60 HRC hardness range.
