Making pizza or flatbread in the middle of nowhere just got a whole lot easier. Working in conjunction with BioLite’s BaseCamp stove — which is required — their new PizzaDome lets you cook up a variety of foods you wouldn’t normally associate with the backwoods. The lid sports an integrated thermometer to monitor temperature, a silicone handle that stays cool to the touch, and also comes with a food-safe ceramic stone to distribute heat evenly across your pizza pie. Alternately, ditch the stone and just use the lid for concentrating heat and reducing cook times on whatever else you’re planning to grill.
