We hesitate to imagine the sheer volume of discarded coffee grounds a single person (i.e. big coffee drinkers like us) generates on a monthly basis. Pothra aims to repurpose if but a bit of this otherwise unused byproduct to make unique pots good for stashing office supplies or planting flowers. Leftover coffee grounds are mixed in with a corn-based polyurethane resin, forming a beautifully textured material with unpredictable color variations depending on the roast used, ranging from beige to darker brown.
