We get it: you want iced coffee but don’t want to leave your mug in the fridge for ages or dilute it with ice cubes. And that’s where Coil comes in. Brewing your pour-over coffee directly into Coil (or pouring already-brewed coffee into its lid) passes it through 9 feet of copper tubing in direct contact with water and ice before exiting into the spout-equipped carafe. The result is a temperature drop from 210° to 48° in just a few minutes, and coffee that can be enjoyed as it was meant to be: fresh right after brewing.
