Google Daydream VR View

It’s no secret that it’s not as advanced as the Oculus. But Google’s lightweight Daydream VR View headset costs just a small fraction of the price and doesn’t require a high-end gaming rig to run it, either. Three colors of soft, breathable fabrics make up the outside of the headset to ensure comfort as well as an equally soft facepad that’s removable for eventual washing. Your phone — currently, compatibility starts and ends with Google’s new Pixel — drops onto its front panel which can then be closed using its elastic latch. Then you’re all set for the experiences, which span typical VR stuff like visiting far away cities or other planets, watching movies or video on a seemingly giant screen, playing games using to the included movement-sensing controller as a gamepad, and more.
