iPhone 5s

Thanks to the rumor mills the long awaited (and finally released) iPhone 5s carries with it less shock value than it would’ve otherwise. Regardless, hardware-wise, this device improves on several iPhone 5 features, notably the camera, which now sports a 15% larger 8 megapixel sensor, increased aperture for better light sensitivity, slow-motion 120 fps video recording (at 720p), plus a True Tone flash which couples a pair of white and amber LEDs for more natural-looking pictures. Also new is the Touch ID fingerprint sensor right on the home button for quick and safe unlocking, a 64-bit A7 processor, M7 coprocessor for offloading specialized tasks from the former (and thus sparing battery life), and the addition of a third color – gold – to the former B&W lineup. iOS 7 is just icing on the cake.
