We’re not all born gifted athletes (or with the perseverance to keep trying after a few bad falls), and mastering tricks as simple as jumping on a skateboard or scooter typically requires lots of practice. That’s about to change with JumpX, a scooter that’s basically the fusion of an adjustable front dual-spring shock plus a rear leaf-spring, bridged by an aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum deck, 110 mm ABS or aluminum wheels, and a chrome steel fork. The result is a scooter that not only rides fast but gets huge air with a simple follow through, not to mention smoother landings. Unfortunately, JumpX is currently limited to riders of 140 lbs or less, but keep a lookout for the high performance model in the coming months.
